Hi,

I am getting the following error while running the autogrid in Autodock tools - 1.5.6 (64 bit) :-

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "C:\Program Files (x86)\MGLTools-1.5.6\lib\site-packages\ViewerFramework\VF.py", line 898, in tryto
    result = command( *args, **kw )
  File "C:\Program Files (x86)\MGLTools-1.5.6\lib\site-packages\AutoDockTools\autostartCommands.py", line 968, in doit
    self.vf.ADstart_manage.addProcess(ps)
  File "C:\Program Files (x86)\MGLTools-1.5.6\lib\site-packages\AutoDockTools\autostartCommands.py", line 269, in addProcess
    if not self.kill.master.winfo_ismapped() and not self.kill.done:
  File "C:\Program Files (x86)\MGLTools-1.5.6\lib\lib-tk\Tkinter.py", line 749, in winfo_ismapped
    self.tk.call('winfo', 'ismapped', self._w))
TclError: bad window path name ".346882976"

Hi,
This (unhelpul!) error message indicates that the autogrid calculation did not start successfully.
This could happen because either autogrid4.exe OR one or more of the required input files were not found.

Updating your system PATH variable may solve your problem:

Hi,
I had the same problem and solved it very quickly : you have to avoid space character in your path.
Thus, you can re-install ADT in a folder such as C:/Docking/ or what ever you want without any space.
